Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You get 50 tokens to use across AI search, structured search, and vetting reports, plus full access to discovery, vetting, campaign management, and workflow features. Your token allowance resets to your plan's full monthly amount when your trial ends and billing begins.
Tokens power CreatorMap's AI features. Different actions have different costs: AI search and structured search each cost 10 tokens per query, tabular (filter-based) search costs 1 token, and a full vetting report costs 10 tokens. Profile opens are always unlimited and never consume tokens.
AI search lets you describe what you want in plain language — our AI reads the brief and finds the best matches. Structured search lets you define your brand, product, and target market and we build the match from that. Tabular search is filter-based: you set specific parameters like niche, follower range, engagement rate, and location. AI and structured search cost 10 tokens each; tabular search costs 1 token.
A concurrent campaign is an active influencer outreach or discovery project running in your account at the same time. Archived or completed campaigns don't count toward the limit.
Tokens reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the following month.
Yes. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you need to upgrade immediately, contact our support team and we'll action it right away. You can cancel your subscription at any time — your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
